ART ALLIANCE OF GREENSBORO REFUND POLICY
Registration fees are refundable up until 14 days prior to the start of the class, less a $15 accounting fee. To withdraw from a class and request a refund, send an email to artalliancegso@gmail.com 14 days or more before the class start date.
Students can opt for a credit of the full registration fee in lieu of a refund that will be kept on their account. Credits are good for future class registrations for up to one year. Refunds and credits cannot be made after this deadline.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Art Alliance classes are held on schedule when the Greensboro Cultural Center is open. If conditions are not deemed safe the building will close and classes will not be held. After school classes will generally follow the Guilford County School cancellation schedule. As always, use your best judgment. As soon as we know the class schedule will change, an update will be posted on our Facebook page. Refunds or make-up classes will not be issued due to inclement weather.
